About CEMECA
Engineering Consulting & Vocational Training Under One Roof
Cemeca Human Resource Academy Pvt. Ltd. is a Kathmandu-based multidisciplinary organization registered in Nepal, working across two complementary divisions:
- Engineering Consulting — engineering survey, detailed project report (DPR) preparation, infrastructure planning, and multidisciplinary technical consulting for government and municipal clients.
- Vocational Training & HRD — CTEVT-aligned occupational skills training, employment-oriented human resource development, and government program implementation.
Our engineering experience includes assignments executed independently and through joint ventures with established Nepali consultancies. The training division works with CTEVT, the National Skill Testing Board (NSTB) and government skills programs including FEB, RERP/SAMRIDDHI, PMEP and VSDTA.
